Henry Schein, Inc. announced that they have been awarded a multimillion-dollar contract from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for storage and distribution of 80,000 pallets of personal protective equipment (PPE).
This contract will allow Henry Schein in collaboration with the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response to provide additional resources and PPE for those that need it the most, according to a press release from the company.
This comes after Henry Schein’s contribution to aiding the U.S. government in the form of supplying essential products to COVID-19 testing sites during the COVID-19 pandemic.
