Henry Schein has announced a 100% acquisition of Midway Dental Supply, expanding access to dental products and services for Midway customers.
Henry Schein has announced its 100% acquisition of Midway Dental Supply. Financial terms were not disclosed. As Midway Dental offers equipment, supplies, and more, Henry Schein felt that this integration would offer even better solutions for customers, according to a press release from Henry Schein.
“Over the past 35 years, Midway Dental has earned an excellent reputation within the industry, grounded by a strong commitment to customer service and industry leadership that is aligned with Henry Schein’s values-based culture and high-touch, full-service business model,” Chairman of the Board and CEO of Henry Schein, Stanley Bergman said in the press release. “Midway Dental’s vision to establish a nationwide footprint aligns with Henry Schein’s commitment to provide the products and services customers can rely on to work more efficiently and deliver high-quality patient care more effectively.”
Midway Dental has 200 employees, and it sold approximately $110 million in 2021. CEO Steven Kizy said that this acquisition will expand Midway’s capabilities.
