Digital platform Grin has announced a partnership with Oral-B, to allow consumers the ability to have access to personalized oral health insights and at-home consultations. This teledentistry platform can help offer insights on brushing and flossing habits, behaviors, and a guide on which Oral-B products may fit their needs most effectively, according to Grin CEO and Co-founder Adam Schulhof, DMD.

“I created Grin to transform the entire dental health industry by using technology that connects professionals and patients to bring better oral care directly to everyone. Partnering with one of the most trusted consumer product brands like Oral-B clearly attests to our commitment,” Dr Schulhof said in a press release from the companies. “Grin will continue its pledge to drive innovation, and by joining ranks with Oral-B, we will ensure more people can have better oral health.”

The Grin platform touts the Grin App, Grin Scope, and Grin Scope mini. Each of these components are designed for at-home consultation and remote monitoring. Grin Scope and Grin Scope mini are FDA listed medical devices that can attach to a smartphone camera to take scans of patients’ teeth.

Combined with the app, and Oral-B’s array of oral care products, this partnership aims to make teledentistry and professional virtual consultation easier than ever.
