Flex Dental Announces Integration with Dentrix

Patient engagement solutions company Flex Dental has announced its integration with practice management software Dentrix, specifically Dentrix G6 and G7. This integration is said to allow Dentrix users the ability to communicate with patients via text or email, send patient reminders, update patient forms digitally, present treatment plans, and request patient feedback with relative ease.

Flex Dental founder and CEO Brennan Dean said that this integration will allow the patient engagement platform to reach a wider audience.

“Over the last 3 years Flex Dental has been among the fastest-growing patient engagement solutions in dentistry,” Dean said in a press release from the company. “Integration with Dentrix allows tens of thousands of additional dental practices to experience a more modern, intuitive, and cost-efficient approach to patient engagement.”

Flex specializes in patient communications and is said to offer the engagement solutions necessary for any modern dental practice.

“Today’s patients want to be part of their care plan and value open communication with their healthcare providers,” Dean said in the press release. “Flex enables that level and depth of engagement with fast, convenient, and intuitive user interfaces that look, feel, and act like best practice e-commerce or social media platforms. We’re excited about introducing the Flex patient engagement system and approach to the many practices within the Dentrix user community.”
