Dr. Ortiz lecture on CAD/CAM materials, dental photography and impression techniques set for April 3

Dr. Miguel Ortiz, who received is DMD from Harvard University, will conduct a lecture next month titled, “CAD/CAM Dental Materials from Science to Patients: Contemporary Dental Photography and Impression Techniques.”

The Atlantic Beach Continuum for Dental Education-Pennisula Dental Society ABC4DE.ORG is pleased to present, Dr. Ortiz on April 3, 2020. His status as a surgically trained prosthodontist allows him to deliver high quality care in a wide range of treatments, and Dr. Ortiz also is a professional photographer who highlights his restorative work and shares it with others on social media.

The course begins at 8:30 A.M. at The Sands of Atlantic Beach, 1395 Beech Street, Atlantic Beach, New York.

The Peninsula Dental Society is the successor to The Peninsula Hospital Dental Society which was founded in 1968 as a hospital-based study-club sponsored by The Department of Dentistry of Peninsula Hospital Center, Far Rockaway, New York. The Society’s founders included Drs. Bernard Cohen, Theodore Schwarcz, Eugene Finkel, Harold Hartstein, Jerome Teitelbaum, and Carl Mintz, all faculty members of The Peninsula Hospital Center’s General Practice Dental Residency Program. 

Dental staff members, spouses, and dental residents may receive a 50% discount on tuition. Dental residents must present their current hospital ID and a signed letter from their program director verifying their current status.
