DGSHAPE Announces Release of DWindeX2 Software for DWX Milling Machines
Roland DGA’s DGSHAPE has announced the release of new DWindeX2 performance visualization software. It is suitable for all current DWX series mills which includes the DWX-42W, DWX-52D, DWX-52DC, and DWX-52DCi models.
DWindeX2 comes with a dashboard featuring artificial intelligence (AI) that allows users to monitor and collect data on machine performance, maintenance, and productivity. The dashboard will also offer users summaries of material and tool usage for each device, and history of the device. This AI technology is said to reduce downtime and boost productivity through its single location, remote viewing, according to Roland DGA’s dental solutions product manager Lisa Aguirre.
“We are excited about the introduction of our next-generation DwindeX2 software, which will further improve the overall DWX mill user experience,” Aguirre said in a press release from the company. “It’s our goal to provide not only efficient, reliable, easy-to-use dental mills, but also innovative software that streamlines workflow, increases convenience, and optimizes productivity and profitability.”
The software can be installed directly from DGSHAPE’s website and can be used with all current DWX series mills.
