Considerably expanding the company’s commercial team, James Aycock joined as senior sales director and Robert Senesac as senior marketing director.

James Aycock joins DentalEZ after a long and successful career with Midmark spanning close to 25 years. Starting as a sales representative and rising through the ranks, he served there both as the director of global sales and director of global marketing for the dental division.
“His track record and experience speak for themselves,” said Heather Trombley, president and COO of DentalEZ. “We are delighted to have James on board. His leadership and influence in the dental community will be invaluable as we enter the next phase of growth for the company.”
Aycock holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and political science from Indiana University and is currently completing an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Robert Senesac joins DentalEZ from Personna Industrial, a division of Energizer. At Personna, Senesac led marketing across all retail, specialty and medical markets. Prior to Personna, Senesac managed trade and channel strategies for various markets at Stanley Tool.
“Bob’s great market and distribution experience made him the perfect choice for the position," Trombley said. "Bob and James will complement each other and provide outstanding commercial leadership for the company.”
Senesac holds a bachelor's degree in communications and master's degree in advertising from Syracuse University.

Moreover, Christopher Honsel joined DentalEZ as northern regional manager. Honsel replaces long-time Northern Regional Manager Mark Frankenfield, who was recently promoted to the position of key accounts manager. Honsel has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in a variety of roles that include sales and product management. Prior to joining DentalEZ, Honsel was employed at Integra Life Sciences as international director of sales and marketing with revenue responsibility of more than $30 million. As key accounts manager, Frankenfield will be responsible for the company’s management and sales of dental service organizations (DSOs).
“Mark has done a terrific job managing our northern territories thought the years,” Trombley said. “We look forward to continued success as he transitions his focus to nurturing our business with DSOs.”
