A-dec Acquires Dean Dental Systems
Products from Dean will now be sold in the United States under the branding Dean Dental Systems by A-dec.
Dental equipment manufacturer A-dec recently acquired dental utility equipment manufacturer Dean Dental Systems.
Dean Dental Systems manufactures environmentally friendly vacuum systems, compressors and related products and provides remote monitoring for the equipment, according to a press release. Following the purchase A-dec will continue to produce Dean products from the company's Fenton, Mo., facility and they will now be sold under the branding Dean Dental Systems by A-dec.
