Darby Announces Strategic Partnership with onDiem

Darby Dental Supply has announced a strategic partnership with dental professional staffing platform onDiem. This partnership was done to offer the staffing flexibility of onDiem to Darby customers, according to a press release from the companies.

“The future of temporary staffing in the dental industry relies on a modern, flexible approach, which onDiem provides on a national scale,” President of Darby Dental, Michael Caputo said in the press release. “With this partnership, Darby customers will have all the tools necessary to implement hiring workflows that they can grow with, not grow out of. Darby customers will be able to search for qualified and vetted employees while utilizing onDiem’s payroll, onboarding, and benefits features to save time in the office. As part of these offerings, onDiem’s ClearPay will display the full monetary breakdown of temporary staffing per shift, giving dental practice’s clarity and transparency.

This partnership reflects both company’s missions, according to Founder and CEO of onDiem Joe Fogg.
