Complete Specialty Solutions Announces Launch of Stream Dental Software

Complete Specialty Solutions (CSS) has announced the commercial launch of its software platform Stream Dental. This software is designed to manage and maintain in-house specialty services, according to a press release from CSS. Stream Dental has a variety of features to assist with in-house specialty planning.

Capabilities include an enhanced referral capture with CRM capabilities, specialty-specific patient engagement, specialist apps, enterprise analytics, risk management and compliance support, and in-house and external specialty referral workflows. These features will all combine to help practices and dental service organizations (DSOs) organize their specialty workflows, according to President of CSS, Santosh Patel.

“Based on the experience and insights from providing over 20,000 cases across all major specialties, we’ve been able to develop a unique platform for managing workflow and optimizing results from specialty services programs,” Patel said in the press release. “We look forward to sharing these capabilities with DSOs and traveling specialists across the country.”

CSS will also have a funding round led by investors to bring Stream Dental to DSOs and specialists in North America
