3-day CE event plans taking place on heels of sold-out 2023 event that took place last month.
The 7th annual Aruba Dental Conference recently concluded after 3 successful, sold out days, and plans are already in the works for next year’s event featuring industry-leading CE at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino.
Bringing together some of the best talent in restorative dentistry, distinguished speakers at this year’s event included Betsy Bakeman, DDS, FAACD (2019-2020 President, AACD), Adamo Notarantonio, DDS, FICOI, FAACD (2023-2024 President - Elect, AACD), Amanda Seay, DDS, FAACD, FAGD, David Chan, DMD, AAACD (2021-2022 President, AACD), Susan McMahon, DMD, AAACD, FAGD, and William “Bo” Bruce, DMD, AAACD. An optional afternoon hands-on learning opportunity featuring Devin McClintock, DDS, also was part of the memorable learning experience.
The event brought together outstanding opportunities for professional growth, interaction with like-minded colleagues, and exceptional education from some of the industry’s most renowned and respected educators, all in 1 beautiful location, according to Clinician’s Choice.
“Hosting over 300 guests, we were thrilled to welcome many past attendees as well as to see so many new faces at this year’s Aruba Conference,” says Brian Allen, President, Clinician’s Choice. “The overwhelming success of these events is credited to the commitment of the Keynote Speakers, coupled with highly engaged attendees, who benefit from this all-star line-up by gaining impactful insights and practical applications that can be easily implemented into their clinical practice.”
This year’s event kicked off with a welcome reception where attendees, thought leaders and event staff, alike, spent the night mingling and dancing to live music from a local Aruba band, Joy Ride. Over the 3 days, participants enjoyed half-day, morning education sessions, gaining 12 CE credits at its completion, and leaving afternoons open for relaxation and exploration of Aruba’s beautiful beaches and historic sites.
“What an incredible time this has been,” shared Dr McMahon. “I travel to many dental conferences all over the world, and the Aruba Dental Conference has definitely been one of my favorites. There has never been a group of speakers, that I’ve been involved with, who are more interested in helping everybody else, sharing our clinical experiences with attendees.”
The 2024 Aruba Dental Conference, slated for February 1-3, 2024, is already nearing sold out status. Another engaging group of distinguished speakers is lined up, including Marc Geissberger, DDS, MA, BS, CPT, presenting “Managing and Treating an Acid Mouth”; Nate Lawson, DDS, MA, PhD, on “The Science Behind Better Clinical Outcomes”; Marcos Vargas, BDB, DDS, MS, presenting “Achieving Ultimate Esthetics with Direct Restorations”; and Ron Kaminer, DDS, sharing “Advanced Materials and Techniques to Maximize Efficiency.” For more information on the 2024 Aruba Dental Conference and to register, visit arubadentalconference.com.
