MicroCare has announced that Certol International will now be known as MicroCare Medical Infection Prevention.
Cleaning materials supplier MicroCare has announced that it is changing the name of its acquisition Certol International. Certol will now be rebranded as MicroCare Medical Infection Prevention. Products such as instrument reprocessing detergents, disinfectants, and sterilization products will now be branded under the MicroCare Medical Infection Prevention product offerings.
“We are very excited to announce the rebranding. This update has been a long time coming,” CEO at MicroCare, Tom Tattersall said in a press release from the company. “In fact, when MicroCare acquired Certol in June 2021, we immediately recognized both companies share a vision of how to help our customers ensure patient safety through cleaning and disinfecting and that rebranding would help us communicate that vision.”
Accompanying the name-change is a website refresh for microcare.com, adding in healthcare infection prevention and commercial industry pages, product description pages, Safety Data Sheets, FAQs, and more valuable information.
MicroCare has also introduce a new YouTube channel, offering visual guides and expertise on its line of infection prevention products.
