This new feature for Carbon’s Automatic Operation enables increased unattended throughput, letting dental labs produce more without supervision.
Dental 3D printing company Carbon has announced its latest Automatic Operation (AO) feature, AO Stack, which is created for the M2 and M3 3D printers. AO is software that enables dental labs to print multiple DPR10 models in a single print run, according to a press release from Carbon.
AO Stack reportedly enables 2 key benefits, per Carbon, which are the ability to produce up to 3 times more models in a single print run without direct supervision, as well as its easy integration into everyday operations.
“The introduction of AO Stack is a milestone in our ongoing quest to innovate and provide transformative solutions to our customers,” Senior Product Manager of Oral Health at Carbon, Brice Harkey said in the press release. “By allowing up to 3 builds worth of models on a single unattended print, AO Stack offers the opportunity for an increase in overnight product capabilities without additional hardware or oversight.”
AO Stack is available now for Carbon M2 and M3 users with subscriptions including DPR10. To learn more, visit the website here.
