Dental practices in the Dental Whale network will now be able to use Bola AI’s artificial intelligence (AI) technology Voice Perio at a discount. Voice Perio is a technology that clinicians and dental practice staff can use to record perio data into their practice management system and electronic health systems. It also features a Clinical Notes option, that transcribes voices for easy recordkeeping, according to a press release from Bola AI.

Dental Whale aims to make processes more efficient for its practices, and this partnership will do just that, per founder David Lopez.

“Dental Whale is looking forward to offering Bola AI’s Voice Perio and Clinical Notes software to our member base,” Lopez says in the press release. “Constantly looking out for products that can make practice management easier and more efficient, we are confident in Bola AI’s ability to help practices increase revenue while improving the process of diagnosing periodontal disease.”

Bola AI’s AI is said to deliver 99% accuracy, also taking into account a variety of accents and phrases. Duties like charting and scheduling are optimized through its voice recognition processes. Combining it with Dental Whale’s large network of dental practices as well as its purchasing model, this technology will help dental practices streamline and cut out inefficiencies, per Bola AI founder and CEO Rushi Ganmukhi.
