Benco Dental has finalized an agreement to purchase ADI Mobile Health.

Benco Dental will acquire ADI Mobile Health. This acquisition is meant to combine ADI’s ability to manufacture mobile clinics with Benco Dental’s interior design and equipment planning.

Benco Dental will operate ADI as one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. This acquisition was made to offer greater convenience and care to patients through mobile dental clinics, according to a press release from Benco Dental.

ADI products will also be available through the Benco sales team.
