Benco Dental, the nation's foremost independent distributor of oral healthcare technology and supplies, has announced its strategic acquisition of PPO Profits, a leading dental practice solutions firm specializing in fee optimization and revenue cycle management. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
This acquisition is set to bolster Benco Dental's ability to provide unparalleled value to its customers through top-tier fee negotiations, credentialing services, and other revenue cycle management solutions.
Benco Dental will maintain PPO Profits as an independent entity, ensuring uninterrupted service for existing clients. Anna DuHamel, formerly the VP of Sales for Strategic Markets at Benco Dental, has taken on the role of Chief Business Officer at PPO Profits.
