ADHA and onDiem Expand Partnership
This partnership has led to collaborations with several state dental hygiene associations, ensuring flexible work schedules, fair pay, and additional perks for members.

In 2023, onDiem and the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) announced a partnership designed to provide dental hygienists with enhanced benefits, protections, and discounts. This collaboration combines ADHA's history of advocacy with onDiem's commitment to offering safe, legal, and fulfilling work for dental professionals, according to a press release from onDiem.
As a result of this partnership, ADHA members who find work through onDiem gain access to exclusive perks. These include a $100 rebate on their membership and $50 more per month in onDiem Care Benefits up to $250 a month.
Recently, onDiem has established exclusive partnerships with several state dental hygiene associations, including Missouri, Illinois, Florida, Massachusetts, and Ohio. These state associations support flexible work schedules, fair and legal pay, and access to W-2 protections and benefits for their dental hygienists. They have partnered exclusively with onDiem as their dental staffing partner, showing their commitment to the dental hygiene community. Notably, any hygienist who is an ADHA member can access these benefits, but the 6 states mentioned have designated OnDiem as their exclusive staffing partner.
