At last week's American Dental Association Annual Session in New Orleans, DPR stopped by the Isolite Systems booth to get a demonstration of the Isovac, a new dental isolation adapter the company launched at the event.
The new adapter provides the standard HVE with the ability to use the entire family of Isolite mouthpieces. The Isovac offers identical control of the oral cavity and safety as the Isolite and Isodry systems, but is designed to replace the HVE at the hose. The adapter's design is said to make it easy disinfect and clean, plus it's ideal for SRP, ultrasonic scaling, sealants, and more.
