In addition to highlighting new laser products, the event will also welcome several non-laser companies.
The Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD) recently announced that its annual conference will showcase a diverse group of sponsors and exhibitors during its 30th-anniversary meeting, April 21-23, 2023 in Dallas, Texas.
“ALD 2023 not only marks our exciting return to a live event, it also has the distinction of having more sponsor and exhibitor diversity compared to previous years,” said executive director Gail Siminovsky, CAE, ALD executive director, according to a press release from the organization. “That’s because dental lasers play well with other modalities, which is part of what keeps them at the forefront of advanced patient care.”
ALD 2023 will highlight diode and CO2 lasers from manufacturers such as Biolase, Convergent Dental, Ultradent, DEKA Dental Lasers, and CAO Group. Photobiomodulation (PBM) and cosmetic lasers from sponsors and exhibitors Thor Photomedicine, Oral IQ, and Summus Medical Laser will also be featured.
This year’s event will welcome several non-laser companies, including oral care products from StellaLife, periodontal treatment trays from PerioProtect, Guided Biofilm Therapy from EMS, and voice-actived charting from Florida Probe’s Voiceworks.
“We’re very excited to welcome several innovative non-laser companies to ALD 2023,” Siminovsky said, according to the press release. “All of them can add value to practice and patients alike, which is in full-alignment with this year’s conference theme, Lasers for Practice Success.”
Eyewear protection, magnification, and illumination companies will also be in attendance during the conference. Attendees will have the opportunity to try on laser safety glasses from Innovative Optics and loupes and headlights from DentLight.
Additionally, ALD 2023 attendees who are interested can meet with representatives from Fortune Management.
