Where:

Any practice with CEREC chairside CAD/CAM and a desire for optimal efficiency.

When:

Whenever crowns or a zirconia restorations need to be made fast.

Why:

In the past, zirconia materials tended to compromise on either mechanical properties, esthetics, or speed for sintered restorations, but IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime offers the best of all three.

How:

IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime empowers to speed sinter zirconia restorations in 15 Minutes* with strength of 1,100 MPa**. It features both a color and translucency progression with material transition from 3Y-TZP in the dentin area to 5Y-PSZ in the translucent incisal area. This enables minimally invasive restorations with walls as thin as 0.8 mm with efficient conventional cement such as ZirCAD® Cement.

* Programat CS6, Superspeed sintering in 15 minutes, without predrying, three crowns or CEREC SpeedFire*, 16 minutes, without predrying, two crowns. R&D Ivoclar, Schaan.

** Dentin, typical mean value of biaxial flexural strength, R&D Ivoclar, Schaan.
