Ca-Lok is used as a protective liner and reportedly can be placed under restorative materials and cements for all deep-cavity preparations. With its flowable viscosity and hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties, precise placement and control is said to be achieved once Ca-Lok is light cured. Ca-Lok is designed to create the adhesion that seals out micro-leakage and eliminates sensitivity.
“I am pleased to see the advancements made in the use of resin modified calcium adhesive base/liners, said Larry Taub, one of the original members of the TAUB team. "TAUB is still at the forefront of this important dental technology.”
Ca- Lok is available through authorized dental dealers nationwide and will be featured in the TAUB booths at the upcoming Yankee Dental Congress (2113) and the Chicago Midwinter Meeting (2209).
TAUB Products is said to provide innovative, high quality solutions for dental professionals. For more information on TAUB and its products, call 800-828-2634 or visit taubdental.com.
