The DentaForm is designed to print highly accurate precision models for the fitting of crowns and bridges.

Structo, a Singapore-based dental 3D printing solutions provider, unveiled their latest dental 3D printer, the Structo DentaForm, at the Association of Orthodontists Singapore (AOSC) 2017 show in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

Following the success of the Structo OrthoForm with a global install base of four continents launched just last year, Structo expands its range of application-specific 3D printers with the Structo DentaForm that is capable of printing at 50 micrometers (x/y) accuracy.

“We are revolutionizing digital dentistry by breaking through the speed limits of 3D printers today. The Structo DentaForm will open up a whole new range of dental applications that can now work with our lightning-fast Mask Stereolithography (MSLA) technology,” says Huub van Esbroeck, one of Structo’s founders.

With a large build platform measuring 200x150mm, the Structo DentaForm is designed to print highly accurate precision models for the fitting of crowns and bridges in the area of restorative dentistry. Users can now print full arches and quadrants that are extremely precise with reproducible fit at a high throughput.

“Customers who have experienced the speed of MSLA through the OrthoForm have been asking for a higher resolution solution for the printing of precisions models. Today we are excited and proud to bring that solution to market with the DentaForm,” says Dhruv Sahgal, Structo’s head of business development and sales.
