What do your patients like about the Invisalign treatment?
It is much more comfortable and convenient than brackets and wires. My Invisalign patients don’t experience the pain of a sore mouth or lips.
How long does it take for patients to see results?
Depending on the case, my patients will begin seeing results in six to eight weeks, and in minor cases, they can begin to see results in as early as four to six weeks.
What are other patient benefits to using Invisalign?
One of the biggest benefits is that the aligners are invisible, so the treatment is discrete. Another benefit is its versatility. During the process of aligning, the removable aligners allow the patient to brush and floss normally for better periodontal health, eliminating the chances of getting periodontal diseases.
I also can achieve results much sooner. Virtually, I’m able to plan ahead of time and see the movements before they happen.
And it’s not only adults who can benefit from this treatment. I’ve seen an increase in younger patients-teens who are about 12 or 13 years old-wanting to use Invisalign.
Why would you recommend this product to a colleague?
It is such a wonderful product that patients will come in asking for it. The company is doing a wonderful job informing the public about the benefits of Invisalign. And it is good to be aware of an innovative product and an excellent procedure that you can provide to patients. If you want to be on the innovative edge of this industry, you should use it.
