Eaglesoft Practice Management software has continued to change over the years but two things have remained consistent-the exceptional customer service and the superior level of technology. I have been a Patterson Dental customer since the late 1980s and was the 82nd person to begin using Eaglesoft. To say the least I have seen many updates since I started with version 2.0, with each successive change continuing to better serve my patients and practice.

The latest updates in Eaglesoft 16 help increase efficiency, streamline processes and provide excellent customer service, while the latest capabilities include family walkout processing, automatic account aging, prescription writer, fast check-in and overall greater customizability. I value the line item accounting the most because it allows me to apply a payment directly to a specific line, breaking down exactly when patients are paying and how much they are paying toward each service. With date-based reporting, I can run financial reports for any date range, which is particularly useful for distinguishing what services I provide most and negotiating coverage with insurance companies. In addition, I highly value the program design, with details such as color-coded lines and customizable windows, making it easy to personalize for your practice.
