Updated from previous versions of the free, award-winning practice management software, Patterson EagleSoft Version 15.00 adapts to the needs of any dental practice with customizable features that allow users to streamline clinical and administrative operations. New features for Version 15.00 were developed based on user feedback and include:
View production goals is a feature that allows users to gauge progress toward predetermined goals and assess productivity by viewing practice production goals and comparing them against actual production numbers for any day in the Month-at-a-Glance mode.
OnSchedule Notes let users take notes about anything from appointments to patient visits to and staff meetings and practice needs from within the practice schedule. These notes appear for each day on the schedule and multiple notes can exist for any day. All members of the staff can stay up-to-date on scheduling notices and changes by reviewing that day’s notes.
CAESY Printables are now integrated and included as a part of EagleSoft Version 15.00 These printable patient education sheets from CAESY include take-home materials that print automatically during the walkout process after the service code attached to that specific type of procedure or service is entered.
The software, data import and training materials are available free to practices that sign up for a one-year services agreement at a low monthly cost. The service agreement provides access to The Patterson Technology Center where users can receive customer service, technical support and continuing education opportunities. Step-by-step installation assistance is available along with specialized equipment training and other support available via phone, e-mail, FAQ, remote support and online Live Help chat. The Patterson Technology Center also welcomes user feedback on features and new ideas to make the software more convenient and user-friendly.
