Engineered for sintering oxide ceramics, the Sintramat high-temperature furnace features an accurate temperature control function optimized for use with IPS e.max ZirCAD zirconium oxide blocks. The unit’s firing chamber insulation and heating elements can withstand temperatures of up to 1,600°C. Its pre-set program facilitates operation, while the ample firing chamber (8.5 inches W x 5.9 inches D x 5.9 inches H) and the stackable sagger trays allow an efficient sintering process. The unit can accommodate approximately 75 single crowns or 25 3-unit bridges in a single 7-hour sintering cycle. Heating elements are protected against thermal wear by using a special cleaning program. Three additional firing programs can be added for materials that will be offered in the future.
