The 7” TFT high-resolution touchscreen LCD monitor allows easy programming and monitoring of program process.

Capable of holding 30 units each, the two round sintering tray fit inside the chamber with the heating coil recessed inside the insulation for protection.

An integral part of the Origin CAD/CAM system, the Origin Duo Tron sintering furnace provides speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency. The combination of the Super Coil (SMoSi2) heat source, Active Ventilation air exchange, and cylindrical chamber design allows users to sinter single units accurately in less than two hours as well as to sinter large bridge cases through longer cycles of four to eight hours. The plug-in-ready furnace offers standard modes for single units, bridge cases, high-translucency materials, and specialized materials such as Katana zirconia. Users also can easily design fully custom programs that duplicate the precise temperature and sintering settings required for specific zirconias, thereby adhering to the material manufacturer’s exact specifications. It is provided with two 100-mm round trays with zirconia sintering beads, each capable of holding up to 30 single units.
